You've earned the reviews. Now get the website that turns them into phone calls.
We build professional websites for established businesses across Central Kansas — tree services, concrete, pressure washing, and other trades — that have great Google reviews but no real website.

No website doesn't make you look small.
It makes you look closed.
Right now, someone a few miles from your shop is searching Google for exactly what you do. They find you — great rating, real reviews. Then they tap for your website, and there isn't one. So they call the company that has one, even if that company isn't as good as you.

For comparison: a typical web agency charges $3,000–$8,000 upfront plus monthly hosting, and DIY builders cost $20–$40/month plus every evening you'd rather spend not building a website. We're $0 today and $149/month for a site that's done for you.
If you don't like the free preview, you owe nothing and we delete it. If you sign up and don't love the finished site, don't pay — we'll take it down, no hard feelings, no fine print.
A real person in Great Bend, not an agency
I'm Rey. I build every NeighborSite myself, right here in Great Bend. No outsourcing, no account managers, no salespeople — when you email about your site, the person who built it answers.
I started NeighborSite because I kept finding great businesses around Central Kansas — 4.8 stars, dozens of reviews, clearly good at what they do — that were invisible the moment a customer wanted to see more than a Google listing. Fixing that shouldn't cost $5,000 or require three Zoom meetings. So it doesn't.

Fair questions, straight answers
Do I have to get on a phone call or meeting?
No. The entire process — preview, signup, photos, revisions, launch — happens by email or text. If you'd rather talk on the phone, that's fine too, but it's never required.
What's the catch with the free preview?
There isn't one. We build the preview from your public Google info because showing you is faster than telling you. If you pass, we delete it and won't keep emailing you. It costs us a little time; it costs you nothing.
Who owns the website and domain?
You own your domain name and all your content (photos, text, logo) from day one. We own the site build while you subscribe. If you ever cancel, you keep the domain and we'll help you move — we don't hold anything hostage.
I already have a Facebook page. Isn't that enough?
Facebook is great for people who already follow you. But when someone searches Google for your service, a Facebook page ranks poorly, looks less credible, and half of them won't have an account. Your site links to your Facebook — they work together.
Why monthly instead of one big price?
Because a website isn't a one-time thing — it needs hosting, security, updates, and edits forever. One flat monthly price covers all of it, and it means we only do well if you stay happy month after month.
What if I need changes after launch?
Email us. Small edits — new photos, updated prices, holiday hours, a new service listed — are included and usually done within one business day.
See your website before you spend a dollar.
